Fan Struggles to Find Evidence of Angel Games

Share

It has become quite difficult to follow the Angels, especially on radio. On opening week I saw that the Angel games were carried on KIKF-FM (94.3), so I set my car radio push-button to that frequency. Then I discovered they were also carried on a stronger-signal AM station KRLA (1110). A few days later, I turned to KRLA to find a hockey game on, not the Angels. No problem, I switched to 94.3. Later at home, I consulted The Times to find that the game that night was carried on the old Angels’ station. Go figure.

It turns out there are two stations in the L.A. area on the 94.3 FM frequency. (Where is the FCC when you need them?) The lesson learned is that each day I must consult The Times to find out today’s pitcher and today’s radio station.
