Training Is a Big Hurdle for Managers

A majority of business owners and managers believe recruiting and training quality employees is their greatest challenge this year, according to a survey by Management Action Programs, a consulting firm in Newport Beach. Managing growth, increasing sales, implementing marketing programs and new technologies also were cited.
