Tips on overcoming obstacles to success in business will be the topic of an authors panel at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at The Times’ Festival of Books on the UCLA campus. Syndicated small-business columnist Jane Applegate, home-based business experts Paul and Sarah Edwards and advertising executive Lionel Sosa, founder of one of the largest Latino advertising agencies, will be featured.
