From Times Wire Reports

A retired architect accused of helping the Nazis massacre thousands of Jews was ordered deported by a federal immigration judge who angrily denounced the man and his “Nazi thug friends.” Jonas Stelmokas, 82, of Lansdowne, made no comment as he left the courtroom. He will appeal the decision ordering him removed to Lithuania, his lawyer said. The former Lithuanian platoon commander, stripped of his U.S. citizenship three years ago, denies participating in Nazi atrocities. From 1941 to 1944, Stelmokas served as a unit commander in two voluntary Nazi-sponsored Lithuanian detachments that helped the Nazis kill thousands of Jews and partisans who fought the Germans, according to the U.S. Justice Department.
