Suspect in Camp Shootings Arrested

The man suspected of killing two campers in western North Carolina over the weekend was captured by law-enforcement agents as he walked along a rural road. James Andrew Finley Jr., 21, of Hickory, N.C., was arrested near a hunting lodge, Montgomery County Sheriff Jeff Jordan said. He was taken to a command post in Pekin, N.C. Finley was being sought in connection with the deaths of Derek Andrew Marston and Tommi Danielle Byrd, both 24 and from Charlotte.
