* Ducommun Inc. of Los Angeles said it has agreed to sell the capital stock of its wireless communications subsidiary, Camarillo, Calif.-based 3dbm Inc., to Com Dev International Ltd. for $17.25 million in cash. The deal is subject to government approvals and other conditions. Ducommun, known primarily for its aerospace work, said 3dbm is a capital-intensive business that provided less than 5% of Ducommun’s overall revenue, the company said. Ducommon will post an after-tax gain on the sale of about $5.5 million to $6.5 million in the third quarter.
