Man Honored for His Work With Goodwill
A man who works in Santa Ana to help raise funds for disabled people was honored Friday as Hispanic of the Year by the consul general of Panama.
Leonel Barragan was hailed at the Goodwill Industries Building in Santa Ana for his 28-plus years of work in “as is sales,” which helps people with disabilities.
Fernando Daly, the consul general of Panama in Los Angeles, presented the award to Barragan for being an exemplary member of the Latino community.
