From Times Wire Reports

A lawyer for 13 workers at a Westerville, Ohio, assembly systems plant claimed their $161.5-million Powerball prize in Indianapolis, handing the winning ticket over to lottery officials. The multi-state Powerball offered a record $295.7-million jackpot last month but the winners decided to take the $161.5-million lump-sum option. Hoosier Lottery Director James Maguire said $116.3 million, the prize minus federal withholding taxes, would be transferred next week to a bank. The men, who call themselves the “Lucky 13”, will each receive about $8,944,447.
