Applicants Sought for Arts, Service Grants
It’s time again to apply for community service and cultural arts grants from the city.
The City Council has set aside more than $40,000 in grant money. Last year grants ranged from $500 to $4,000 per group.
All requests will be considered by a City Council subcommittee for consideration by the full council. Priority will be given to programs providing direct service to the largest number of Laguna Niguel residents.
Applications must be turned in by 5 p.m. Aug. 31. Only nonprofit organizations will be considered. All grants will be awarded by Nov. 3. Information and applications: (949) 362-4300.
