Clinic Bomb Suspect May Have Been Seen
From Times Wire Reports
Former Green Beret Col. James “Bo” Gritz said one of his volunteers may have spotted abortion clinic bombing suspect Eric Rudolph, or someone scouting for Rudolph. The volunteer twice saw a man with a flashlight near Andrews, N.C. A spokesman for the Southeast Bomb Task Force, which is coordinating the government search, said Gritz’s group had not contacted them about the encounters. Rudolph, 31, is charged with bombing an abortion clinic in Birmingham, Ala., on Jan. 29.
