Steven Meyers & Associates Inc. said it has completed its purchase of Decision-Science Applications Inc. for $30.9 million in stock and cash.
Steven Meyers, a Newport Beach-based management company, said it expects Decision-Science, based in Arlington, Va., to generate sales of about $42 million in 1998. Steven Meyers had revenue of $24.1 million in the six months ended June 30.
