Housing Tract’s 2nd Phase Gets City’s OK
The City Council recently approved a 112-home second phase of the La Habra Hills Housing tract, to be built by Lennar Homes of California Inc.
The development will have single-family homes ranging from 3,563 to 3,725 square feet.
The development is planned east of Idaho Street and north of the southern city limits of La Habra and Fullerton.
Construction is set to begin this fall.
