LAGUNA HILLS

The City Council recently adopted a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program to take advantage of $759,263 in Orange County Transportation Authority funding for city road work. The funds will go toward improvements for La Paz Road, Paseo de Valencia, El Toro Road and Avenida de la Carlotta. The program will assist those bidding for contracts with the city by providing information and referrals for qualifying businesses. Information: (949) 707-2650.
