SAN CLEMENTE
Newly elected City Council members Susan Ritschel, G. Wayne Eggleston and Scott Diehl will be sworn in at tonight’s council meeting. The two returning council members are Mayor Jim Dahl and Mayor Pro Tem Lois Berg. The special ceremony will take place at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at 100 Avenida Presidio.
