Bingo players soon may get a little luckier: The city plans to change its bingo ordinance. The current ordinance allows a licensee to conduct games just one day a week, but the City Council plans to extend that number to three days a week. Bingo is played Tuesdays, 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., in the Cultural Arts and Recreation Center, 7800 Katella Ave. Information: (714) 379-9222.
