John M. Gullixson will serve as mayor for the coming year, and Councilwoman Barbara Kiley will remain mayor pro tem. The two were chosen for the posts in a 4-0 vote among council members last week. . Councilman Henry W. Wedaa was absent. Gullixson won reelection to his council seat in the Nov. 3 general election. Kiley’s four-year council term ends in 2000.
