City Council members will huddle in closed session Tuesday to decide whether to sue Seal Beach for approving a massive development project on its borders.
City officials last month said the Bixby Ranch Co. development on Seal Beach Boulevard will send thousands of additional motorists onto the city’s roadways.
The development includes a 25-acre shopping center, a golf course and 75 homes.
Council members, who said Seal Beach did not adequately address their concerns in the approval process, will meet at 5 p.m. at City Hall, 3191 Katella Ave., for the closed session. Information: (562) 431-3538.
