A blood drive for longtime community benefactor Paul Codispoti, who has cancer, is scheduled for 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at St. Jude Medical Center’s Erickson Educational Center, 101 Valencia Mesa Drive, third floor. Codispoti has been battling liver and lung cancer for two years. Blood donors must be at least 18 and in good health. Blood type is not a factor. For appointments, call (714) 738-1327.
