The City Council will consider approving a lease agreement Tuesday with the developers who have proposed building a sports and entertainment complex featuring snowboarding, skiing and surfing. The Glacier of Anaheim LLC, a San Juan Capistrano company, wants to build the 435,000-square-foot Gotcha Glacier at Sportstown Anaheim, next to the baseball stadium.
