SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
The City Council will consider several issues related to transportation at its meeting Tuesday. Agenda items include a resolution that would regulate taxicab service, proposed speed limit changes on a long list of city streets, and abolishment of several parking and traffic restrictions on Spring Street and El Camino Real.
