Riots After Teen’s Death Enter 2nd Day

Police responded with tear gas. Bus drivers, meanwhile, went on strike to protest Sunday night’s melee, which left one bus in flames and six police officers injured. Tensions between police and disaffected youths from poor immigrant families have erupted across France in recent months. Transit drivers in dozens of cities have struck to protest the violence.
