The City Council will have a public hearing tonight to consider how to spend a $120,000 local law enforcement block grant recently awarded to the city. The bulk of the money is earmarked for a gang intervention program and an integrated booking system with the Orange County Jail. The City Council meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 201 E.
