LAKE FOREST
The City Council decided Tuesday to consider all applicants for city commission posts, with each council member selecting his or her top candidates. The candidates with the most votes will fill the vacancies. All five Parks and Recreation Commission seats and three Planning Commission seats are available. Applicants must be registered voters in Lake Forest. Deadline is Feb. 1. A special meeting of the council is scheduled for Feb. 23, 1998 to receive testimony from candidates.
