FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The City Council has voted to give $26,804 in surplus funds from the federal Community Development Block Grant to the city’s neighborhood improvement program. The extra money was found after an audit of current Community Development Block Grant projects.
The Neighborhood Revitalization Program, expected to begin in January, provides home improvement grants and rebates to low-income homeowners.
