LAGUNA HILLS
The City Council has agreed to continue contracting with Bonanza Mobile Wash and Steam Cleaning Co. to remove graffiti within the city for three more years. Bonanza has been under contract since 1996 and charges $65 an hour for services. The city budgets $20,000 a year to remove graffiti but expends less than $10,000 on removal each year, according to staff reports.
