* South Brookhurst Street: Report of a commercial robbery with a weapon used in the 600 block at 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

* Vallejo Street at La Habra Boulevard: Police arrested a 37-year-old La Habra man on suspicion of drunk driving at 10:04 p.m. Friday.

BUENA PARK

* Buena Park Mall: Police cited two Brookhurst Junior High School students for truancy at 8:33 a.m. Thursday.

COSTA MESA

* Harbor Boulevard: A laptop computer worth $5,000 was stolen from a business in the 3300 block about 12:20 p.m. Dec. 15.

* Mendoza Street: Jewelry and cash totaling $8,400 were stolen from a home in the 2900 block about 7 p.m. Dec. 15.

* South Coast Drive: A wallet and its contents worth $98 were stolen from a business in the 900 block about 5:45 p.m. Dec. 15.

* Brookhurst Street: A 1984 Toyota minivan was stolen after the owner left it parked and locked on the street in the 16000 block at 1:58 p.m. Wednesday.

* West Jacaranda Place: Report of a prowler in the 200 block at 11:51 p.m. Sunday; the prowler attempted to enter the front door of a residence.

* South Annin Avenue: Report of vandalism in the 200 block at 1:57 p.m. Sunday.

* Sungrove Circle: Report of vandalism in the 12000 block at 1:08 a.m. Sunday.

* Summerdale Drive at Fraser Lane: A cell phone, jumper cables and other items were stolen from a Honda Civic after the lock was jimmied open; reported at 10:36 a.m. Dec. 15.

* Wedgewood: Report of a loud party at 1:19 a.m. Sunday.

* Sand Canyon Avenue: A suspect under arrest reportedly spit on a police officer at 2:36 a.m. Sunday.

* Cerritos Drive: A man reported that the front tires of his 1996 Honda Prelude had been slashed in the 1000 block at 7:30 a.m. Saturday.

* East Balboa Boulevard: A car stereo worth $240 was stolen in the 2700 block between 8:30 p.m. Dec. 14 and 6 a.m. Dec. 15.

ORANGE

* Lincoln Avenue: Police arrested a man on suspicion of possession of marijuana in the 1400 block at 1:05 a.m. Saturday.

PLACENTIA

* Pinehurst Avenue: Report of a burglary of a vehicle in the 500 block at 6:47 a.m. Saturday; an unknown amount of cash was stolen from the unlocked vehicle.

* East Chapman Avenue: Report of a narcotics violation in the 100 block at 7:28 p.m. Saturday; report of a person in a vehicle trying to sell crack cocaine.
