LAGUNA NIGUEL
The city is preparing to purchase a computerized ball field lighting system that will allow it to switch all field lights in the city on and off via computer and telephone, officials said. The system, which costs about $20,000, will be housed at the Parks and Recreation Department and is expected to be up and running by mid-April.
