WESTMINSTER
City officials are expected to hire a firm next week to design the site improvements and equipment at the new water well in Bolsa Chica Park.
The well itself has already been dug and was found to be an effective source of water; Daniel Boyle Engineering Inc. of Laguna Hills was authorized by the City Council to help the city equip the well with the appropriate pumping machines. City officials are expecting to meet with the firm next week to finalize the $97,000 contract, City Manager Don Vestal said.
