Gary Bruce Eaton, 66, loves his balloon. And as the year draws to a close, Eaton will share his love with Placentia residents. Beginning at 4 p.m. today, Eaton and his nine-member crew will offer free tether rides in his hot air balloon, “Anasazi”--Navajo for “ancient one”--at Valadez Soccer Field near Placentia Champions Sports Park on Jefferson Street.
