With USC’s three freshmen coming off their best performance so far, is Coach Henry Bibby ready for a youth movement?

“There is no question that in the last game the younger guys carried us,” said Bibby of freshman guards Kevin Augustine, Jeff Trepagnier and forward Greg Lakey. Augustine had 15 points and seven rebounds, Trepagnier had eight points and six rebounds and Lakey had 14 points and eight rebounds in USC’s 75-69 overtime victory over Washington State on Saturday. “We need to get our upperclassmen playing as strong. Guys like [senior guard] Gary Johnson and [junior guard] Elias Ayuso playing to make an impact. They are the heart and soul of this team, and I have a lot of confidence in them.”
