Fullerton Is Tied at Arizona Tournament

Tim Hunt doubled home two runs in the third inning to give Fullerton a three-run lead before Scottsdale (Ariz.) rallied to tie the score, 3-3, in the bottom of the seventh inning during pool play of the Glendale (Ariz.) baseball tournament Friday. The game was halted after eight innings because of darkness.

Bubba Bondurant was two for four with a double and one run batted in for the Hornets (2-2-1).

In an earlier game, Glendale (Ariz.) shut out Fullerton, 2-0. Fullerton’s Kenny Chenard (1-1) gave up a two-run double to Jimmy LaRose in the bottom of the eighth inning.
