COLORADO : Police Said Checking Ramsey Case Clues
Police are seeking a match for a palm print found in the home of JonBenet Ramsey and for skin found under the murdered 6-year-old beauty queen’s fingernails, a newspaper reported. Several sources, including people interviewed by Boulder police in connection with the December 1996 slaying, told the Boulder Daily Camera that investigators found the palm print somewhere in the Ramsey home and have been unable to match it with anyone. JonBenet was found beaten and strangled in the basement of her family’s Boulder home. Police have not identified any suspects, though authorities say JonBenet’s parents, John and Patsy Ramsey, remain under an “umbrella” of suspicion.
