Free Course Will Tell How to Avoid Scams

A free 12-week course will be offered beginning March 30 to teach seniors how to avoid scams.

“Frauds, Scams and Rip-Offs,” a non-credit class, will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Mondays at the Buena Park Senior Center, 8150 Knott Ave. There will be no class April 6.

The course is sponsored by the North Orange County Community College District.
