UCI Urban Planning Program Accredited

The UCI School of Social Ecology’s master’s program in urban and regional planning recently received five-year accreditation, the maximum term, from the Planning Accreditation Board.

In its evaluation, the board cited a strong and active faculty among the program’s strengths and noted that the program’s location in the School of Social Ecology provides opportunities to find new interdisciplinary solutions to urban problems.

The Department of Urban and Regional Planning has 13 full-time faculty members and 35 graduate students.
