Alpha Micro Deal

Alpha Microsystems said it agreed to acquire the service and support business of M&J; Technologies Inc. in Florida. Terms weren’t disclosed. Alpha Microsystems said it expects the purchase to provide about $1.2 million in annual revenue.

The company said the product sales division of M&J; is not included in the transaction and will continue to operate independently in Florida. Alpha Microsystems provides computer services such as consulting, maintenance and networking.
