Former BankBoston Exec Joins Board of View Tech

William J. Shea, former vice chairman, chief financial officer and treasurer of BankBoston, has been elected to the board of directors of View Tech Inc. in Camarillo.

While with BankBoston, Shea oversaw all operations related to risk management, finance, corporate administrative services, investor relations, asset-liability management and National Consumer Franchises. Previously, he was with Coopers & Lybrand as a senior partner.
