EARNINGS

* Calabasas-based Cheesecake Factory Inc. reported fourth-quarter net income of $2.9 million, or 24 cents per diluted share, compared with $506,000 including charges, or 5 cents, a year ago.

* Camarillo-based Power-One Inc. reported fourth-quarter earnings of $3.5 million, or 20 cents per diluted share, compared with $626,000, or 2 cents, a year ago.

* Woodland Hills-based Panavision Inc. reported fourth-quarter net income of $5.5 million, or 29 cents per diluted share, compared with $5.2 million, or 30 cents, a year ago.
