Fidelity National Buy

Title insurer Fidelity National Financial Inc. said it has completed its purchase of Colorado-based Granite Financial Inc., which specializes in loans and servicing equipment leases.

Fidelity said that this week shareholders of both companies approved the transaction, which involves a stock swap.
