Catholic Men to Gather for Annual Conference

Nearly 1,500 men are expected Saturday at the fourth annual gathering of Catholic men at the Long Beach Convention Center.

Participants in “Team Up ‘98: Super Saturday Men’s Conference” will discuss issues such as spirituality, faith and fatherhood.

Former Major League Baseball Commissioner Bowie Kuhn will talk about his spiritual journey to find faith. Father Richard Rohr, author of “Wild Man’s Journey” and “Quest for the Grail,” also will speak about spirituality.
