A celebration in honor of the Belin Award received for the success of an intermarried Rosh Hashana service will take place at 8 p.m. Friday at Temple Beth David. The intermarried Rosh Hashana service occurred in September 1996 and gained widespread recognition for its efforts to allow unaffiliated interfaith couples to experience the holiday.
