Let Us Learn From History’s Mistakes

Thank you for “A Disturbing Reminder of the Rape of Nanking” on Dec. 30. It is important for us to remember the events of the past, so that we may learn from them and prevent them from happening again.

I applaud those who have dedicated their lives to the study of the forgotten holocaust. Every life is precious. This article helps us remember the lives that time has forgotten.
