Printrak Moving Sunrise to O.C.

Printrak International Inc. plans to move the operations of its Sunrise Imaging Inc. unit from Fremont to Printrak’s headquarters in Anaheim.

Printrak, which acquired Sunrise in September, said the move will help cut costs, particularly in marketing and sales.

Printrak said it expects to complete the move, which will involve an unspecified number of Fremont employees, by March 31.

The company provides integrated identification and information systems used primarily in criminal justice and public safety.
