Bristol Retail Purchase

Bristol Retail Solutions Inc. said it has acquired Retail Systems, a Denver point-of-sale systems dealer. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.

Bristol Retail said it has named Fred Briggs to the management of Bristol Retail’s Smyth Systems unit. Briggs previously was president and owner of Retail Systems.

Bristol Retail provides retail automation products and services.
