Officials to Unveil El Toro Road Plans

City officials will hold a public meeting tonight at 7 at City Hall to present plans on their vision for a revitalized El Toro Road.
City officials will take community comment and present a marketing analysis of the El Toro Road commercial district. Officials are proposing an ambitious project to redevelop about 856 acres of aging retail and commercial property along El Toro Road.
“This is a meeting to see where we are at and what information we’ve collected,” City Manager Robert Dunek said. “We’re still looking at the springtime to be completing the process” of coming up with proposals.
