Tivoli Industries Inc.: The Santa Ana developer and manufacturer of specialty lighting and related products reported first quarter net income of $85,075, or 2 cents a share, 21% higher than $70,552, or 2 cents a share, for the same period a year ago. Sales for the quarter ended Dec. 31 rose 42% to $2.7 million from $1.9 million. The company said the most recent quarter included two months of consolidated operations from Targetti-USA, a joint venture.
