Javelin Systems Inc.: The Irvine designer of touch-screen computers posted net income of $92,578, or 3 cents a share, for the second fiscal quarter, contrasted with a net loss of $689,792, or 26 cents a share, for the corresponding quarter a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 climbed to $4.5 million from $1.3 million. First-half net income totaled $113,750, or 3 cents a share, contrasted with a year-earlier net loss of $792,217, or 33 cents a share. Sales increased to $7.4 million from $2.6 million.
