FBI Arrests 20 in Gang Crackdown

The FBI said it arrested about 20 people in a crackdown on alleged drug trafficking by the Bloods street gang in Lima. In addition to the arrests, warrants were issued for another 17 people, the FBI said. The raid followed a yearlong investigation of the gang and purchases of crack cocaine by undercover officers, the FBI said. FBI Supervisor Senior Resident Agent Stanley Borgia said the gang’s influence had become widespread in the community.
