“Ferrari-Carano makes a Sangiovese-based wine called Siena that I really like. I love Sangiovese and I’ve been tasting around and this one is really good. It’s not the same as in Chianti, obviously. I think we get a little more fruit; that’s either a positive or a negative depending on your point of view.”
