Bullfrogs Run Their Record to 10-0

B.J. McPherson and Darren Colbourne each scored three goals as the Bullfrogs beat the South Carolina Fire Ants, 12-3, in a Major League Roller Hockey game Tuesday at Florence, S.C.

The Bullfrogs (10-0) completed a five-game trip and return to Anaheim tonight to face New York at the Arrowhead Pond.

The Fire Ants are 3-3.

McPherson and Colbourne gave the Bullfrogs a 4-0 lead in the first quarter.

Colbourne, who has 15 goals this season, also had two assists. Bill Lund scored a goal and had two assists to give him 30 points, one ahead of teammate Mark Woolf, who had a third-quarter goal and one assist. Kevin St. Jacques had four assists and two goals.

Goalie Rob Laurie picked up his eighth victory of the season. Laurie has the best goals-against average in the league at 2.73.
