Hearing Delayed for Coach Charged With Molestation

Share

A preliminary hearing for a high school track coach accused of molesting two students was delayed until Thursday after prosecutors failed to give audiotapes of police interviews to a defense lawyer.

Pasadena Municipal Court Judge Mary Thornton House delayed the case Wednesday to allow an attorney for John Muir track coach Clyde Ezra Turner to review the tapes.

Turner has pleaded not guilty to three felony child molestation charges and one misdemeanor.
